Instead of using a random number generator to choose the winner of the “Type” Your Way To Type-A Mom, I decided to let *you* decide!
So here’s how it will work:
- Polls will be open from Thursday, 9/2 through Tuesday, 9/7. The entry with the most votes will win the ticket!
- Everyone who entered a valid post is listed in this poll. Read their posts and then decide who you’d like to see win the ticket. (And yes, if you entered, you can vote….for yourself if you want!)
- If you entered to win, make sure to get the support of all your friends on your blog, Twitter, Facebook, neighborhood…well, you get the picture. Tell them to come to this post and place their vote once daily in order to help YOU win the ticket! You and your supporters can vote 1x daily during this period, so obviously having many supporters will help you get more votes! (The poll will also be in the sidebar of this site).
That’s all there is to it! Once the polls close and the winner is announced and contacted, that person has 48 hours to connect with me and acknowledge/accept the ticket, otherwise the runner up (next person with most votes) will receive the ticket. If you have any questions, just let me know!

The poll isn’t working on September 4th or 5th for me, but I would have voted two more times for @jodimichelle! The entire site is looking a little bit wonky; I hope all is easily taken care of for you.

Thanks for the heads up. I came home yesterday and the site was like it is now – I hadn’t touched anything in over 24 hours on it, so I am not sure how it happened. Am trying to find someone to troubleshoot it ASAP. Polls were working at some point over the last 24 hours even though site was off b/c I saw voting numbers go up. I will see if it can get fixed, if not, I will put the poll somewhere else (on my other blog) for the remainder of the poll length and then add both poll/votes together to find the winner. Sorry for the tech issues – again, am stumped myself since I wasn’t even on the computer!
FYI – website was fixed yesterday, so poll should work for you.
I voted for Fadra, because she is one of my NC Peeps, and a terrific blogger! But all the entries were really great! Thanks for offering this contest!
