We are smack dab in the heart of blog & social media conference season. You can tell because every other tweet is about one conference or another. What to wear? How many business cards to bring? And how in the world will I know who everyone is?

Here is the necessary fine print….
To enter, you must be 18 or older. The contest runs from 4pm EST on Wednesday, July 28th through 11:59pm EST on Monday, August 2nd. Make sure at least one of your entries includes a contact method (i.e. Twitter, email, blog). (1) winner will be chosen shortly after the contest ends using Random.org. The winner has 48 hours to reply, otherwise another winner will be selected. I did not receive any compensation for this contest. Should there be an issue with the prize, the winner should directly contact Survival of the Hippest to resolve the issue.

Tamara, I hate to bother you, but could you tell me why I was blocked from following you? Was it because I made an error in entering your giveaway too late? I don’t know why you were blocked from following either! I deleted the follow-up entries you submitted after emailing you to let you know the contest wasn’t still happening, but I don’t know why that should ban you from the site since I didn’t flag you or flag it as spam! So weird….I will try to figure out how to un-do that even though I am not sure how it happened. Sorry about that!
